Easy Guacamole Recipe
This Easy Guacamole Recipe is the perfect starting point! It's easy to whip up and you can make your own by adding some yummy ingredients.

Ingredients
- 3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (for taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (for taste)
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 lime, juiced/squeezed
- 1 tablespoon tablespoon chopped cilantro (for taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon cayenne (optional)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions

Cut the avocados in 1/2, remove the pits, and scoop out avocado flesh into a molcajete or bowl. Add garlic and salt & pepper to taste and and mix/mash until the avocados are creamy. Then, fold in the tomato, jalapeño, & onion. Sprinkle with lime juice and cilantro. Mix well and taste for salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips.
May add additional options to add some flare to your guacamole.
